Changes to/Cancellations of Orders 

Any changes or cancellations of orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes after this time may not be accepted without a charge, as your order may have been created already. 
Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering will be refunded in full. However cancellations after 24 hours of ordering will not be able to be refunded. 

Order information 

When placing your order, please ensure that all spellings are accurate as these will be used to make your order. As changes may not be possible after 24 hours from placing the order. 
Please make sure you include the colours in the cart checkout notes that you would like for any wording. If no colours are chosen then I will choose the colours that match with the design you have ordered. 
If you would like to change the colours of the design, please make sure you add this in the cart checkout notes, otherwise the design will be created as shown.

If you leave no name in the cart checkout notes you wont receive any personalisation, which is not refundable or returnable.

Vinyl 

We use high quality permanent vinyl for all your orders, even though issues with vinyl peeling is very rare, I will always be here to help if any issues occur. 
If the vinyl on your items is peeling as soon as your order arrives (straight out of your parcel) I will always send the replacement for you to put on yourself, this would require you to peel the old part off and replace with the new vinyl. You will not be refunded but you will have a new piece of vinyl sent to you.

Please make sure you follow the washing instructions correctly when washing your items. These can be found in the information section of my website and they will also be sent with your order.

Please also be aware that even though we use high quality vinyl, smaller and fine details on your cup may lift or come off over time, especially if you use your cup often. This will not be liable for a refund as once you purchase any products you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.
